Shkodran Mustafi signing 'will persuade Mesut Ozil to stay at Arsenal'
Arsenal are reportedly confident that Shkodran Mustafi's arrival at the Emirates Stadium will help keep Mesut Ozil in place for the long term. Ozil still has two years left to run on his current contract, but Gunners chiefs are said to be keen to agree fresh terms in the coming weeks. According to The Mirror, the midfield ace - who joined Arsenal three years ago today - has been reluctant to put pen to paper so far as he waited to see just how ambitious the North London outfit were in the transfer market.
