Arsenal loanee Jack Wilshere regaining fitness by training less

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has revealed that Jack Wilshere is regaining his fitness by training less according to the Mirror. Per-the-source, Wilshere is expected to make his debut for the Cherries this weekend against West Brom. However, Howe has stated that they are keeping the Arsenal loanee wrapped in cotton wool following his recent injury record. 'He has not completed all of the training,' Howe told BBC Radio Solent (via the Mirror).
