Eddie Howe was ‘concerned' about Arsenal star Jack Wilshere

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has admitted that he was concerned about Arsenal loanee Jack Wilshere's fitness going into this weekends clash with West Brom, according to the BBC. The young manager was however impressed with the 24-year-old's contribution when he came on. Wilshere took the field in the 63 minute in place of the clubs record signing Jordan Ibe. The England international helped lead his side to a 1-0 win over West Brom. 'We were very close to picking Jack Wilshere, but he made a real impact when he came on,' Howe told BBC Sport.
