Eddie Howe: This is why Arsenal ace Jack Wilshere decided to join Bournemouth on loan

GETTY INTERNATIONAL CLASS: Jack Wilshere has won 34 England caps since 2010 Though Howe has admitted Wilshere may not yet be ready to play the full 90 minutes at Vicarage Road - particularly having not gone the distance in a league game for two years. "I just want to manage his workload so that he stays fit," the former Burnley gaffer added. "I think that's really important for him and I think he recognises that the most important thing isn't Jack, it's the team."
