After Sam Allardyce's was sacked on Tuesday for offering ways to ‘get around' third-party ownership regulations, it was always likely we were going to see a number of Premier League managers linked with the job. Allardyce only joined the England camp in July and has been let go of after just 67 days. He was in charge for only one game, a 1-0 win over Slovakia.
