Hodgson trolls England fans by picking average Arsenal & Man United players
So Roy Hodgson's gone all joker on us again this afternoon by naming a completely ridiculous England squad to face Lithuania and Italy at the end of this month. We've come to expect it from England managers of the years – picking players on the basis of the club they represent rather than their performances on the pitch. Just look at the likes of Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Jack Colbalk, Fabian Delph and Andros Townsend as recent examples of that.
