Arsenal Legend Urges Wenger Not To Take England Job

Ian Wright has urged Arsene Wenger not to take the England job if he is offered the role, because he will get “so much stick”. The Frenchman has emerged as a contender to take the post following the departure of Sam Allardyce last week after 67 days and one game in the role. Wenger’s contract expires at the end of the season and he admitted last week he was open to taking the job, if he was available, although he did insist the Gunners remain his priority.
