Tottenham set to copy Arsenal with £12m purchase

GETTY NEW DIGS: Spurs hope to move out of White Hart Lane by the end of next season The London side are planning to move into their new 61,000-seater stadium for the 2018/19 Premier League season. And as part of the big switch, Spurs are hoping to rename White Hart Lane train station to Tottenham Hotspur Station. Their plan echoes the move by Arsenal club chiefs back in 1932 when they changed the name of Gillespie Road station to Arsenal as it was close to the old Highbury Stadium.
