Liverpool Lining Up Shock Move For Arsenal's Theo Walcott
It has been reported that Liverpool are eyeing a shock summer move for Arsenal winger Theo Walcott. The Express suggests that the Reds may be forced to go after the England international at the end of the season if Raheem Sterling does not sign a new deal. 20-year old Sterling is out of contract at Anfield in the summer of 2017 but Liverpool are eager to keep him on Merseyside and away from Spanish giants Real Madrid as evidenced by their £90,000-a-week plus bonuses offer. With the England youngster yet to agree terms with the Reds, manager Brendan Rodgers could turn to Gunners ace Walcott whose current deal expires next summer.
