Jack Wilshere is finally back to playing 90 minutes again after an injury-plagued period. Jack Wilshere says being left out of the England squad in August spurred him into seeking a loan to Bournemouth. The 24-year-old was sidelined by injuries for Arsenal in the majority of the past two seasons but since joining the Cherries he has shown glimpses of his peak form, playing all 90 minutes in their last two games. But to get to that point Wilshere needed playing time, and he told Sky Sports that being left out of Sam Allardyce's England squad was the wake-up call he needed.
