Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all in race to sign 15-year-old Scottish wonderkid

Every so often there's a young star for the future that every top club in England wants, and Billy Gilmour of Rangers appears to be the latest. According to The Sun, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have all sent scouts to watch the 15-year-old in action in Scotland's Victory Shield campaign. Gilmour produced an impressive performance in his side's 2-0 win over Northern Ireland on Sunday, and as noted in the report, he is widely regarded as one of the top prospects in Scotland.
