Every so often there's a young star for the future that every top club in England wants, and Billy Gilmour of Rangers appears to be the latest. According to The Sun, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have all sent scouts to watch the 15-year-old in action in Scotland's Victory Shield campaign.
