Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin withdraws from Spain's Under-21 squad

Hector Bellerin has sparked injury concerns after withdrawing from the Spain Under-21 squad on Wednesday evening. The right-back, who has become a regular member of Arsene Wenger's first team since breaking through the youth setup in 2013, has been replaced with Sunderland's Javier Manquillo.
