Arsenal are hoping Alexis Sanchez will be fit to face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday after his match-winning heroics for Chile on Tuesday. Sky Sports report the Gunners are optimistic Sanchez will play against Jose Mourinho’s men despite concern over the hamstring injury picked up on international duty. Sanchez appeared to shrug off any worries over the injury with a match-winning performance as he scored twice as Chile beat Uruguay 3-1. The striker is now heading back to London but is not due to report back to the Gunners until Thursday where he will be assessed by medical staff.
