Josh McEachran has revealed he turned down the chance to join Manchester United when at Chelsea. The Blues academy product was tipped to achieve huge success and progress into the first team as a regular at Stamford Bridge. But an array of loan spells eventually saw the 23-year-old midfielder join Brentford, even though United came calling in his promising earlier days. “I was 16, at Chelsea, and my agent at the time said: ‘Real Madrid want you’,” McEachran told The Telegraph.  “It’s unbelievable, isn’t it?
