Arsenal have been handed a fresh blow with the news that midfielder Mohamed Elneny has picked up a fresh injury while on international duty with Egypt. The 24-year-old was ruled out of Egypt's quarter-final with Morocco and is believed to be struggling with a calf problem although it is not known how long he will be out for.
