Arsenal starlet ruled out for the season after tearing hamstring

GETTY Stephy Mavididi has returned to Arsenal after suffering a hamstring tear while at Charlton Mavididi sustained the injury during the Addicks' 1-0 defeat at home to Bury on Saturday and has now returned to Arsenal for treatment. The 18-year-old forward underwent a scan and is expected to be out for at least three months. Charlton boss Karl Robinson said: "He saw a specialist last night and he's set for an operation at the start of next week, but it will keep him out for between 14 to 16 weeks.
