Wenger: Arsenal Were 'Very, Very Close' To Signing Top Striker
Arsene Wenger has claimed that Arsenal were very close to signing Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe last year and admits the Gunners are still interested in landing the forward. Mbappe has become one of the hottest properties on the continent this season after a stunning campaign with Monaco that has seen him score 24 goals.
