Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness plays down Alexis Sanchez speculation

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has seemingly suggested that the club are not interested in signing Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal this summer. Uncertainty continues to rage over Sanchez's future at the Emirates Stadium, with the Chilean set to enter the last year of his contract with no new deal close to being agreed. Bayern are considered one of the frontrunners to sign Sanchez should he leave Arsenal this summer, but Hoeness insists that he would prefer to continue buying young players rather than splashing the cash.
