Arsenal move closer to signing AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar?

Arsenal have reportedly made a breakthrough with AS Monaco regarding the signing of winger Thomas Lemar. Since the end of last season, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been frustrated in his attempts to sign Lemar and Kylian Mbappe, but it appears that the Premier League side may have moved closer to securing the signature of one of their star man. According to The Sun, Monaco are ready to accept an offer in the region of £45m from Arsenal, rather than insisting on the wideman remaining at Stade Louis II for at least another year.
