Arsenal poached Team Sky’s legal and commercial expert Huss Fahmy to work on player contracts last month.But he’s having to deal with a Gunners squad in a state of flux with Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil both entering the final year of their deals.Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Santi Cazorla, Jack Wilshere and Kieran Gibbs could also leave for free in 12 months' time.Wenger has tried to see the positive side, saying it could be an "ideal situation" for the club as the players would be motivated to perform to impress potential suitors.But Groves thinks Wenger and Arsenal have cocked their dealings up.
