Jack Wilshere 'wants to salvage flagging Arsenal career'

Jack Wilshere will reject the chance of a summer transfer as he wants to salvage his flagging Arsenal career, according to a report. The 25-year-old has fallen down the midfield pecking order at the Emirates Stadium and appears to be surplus to requirements, having failed to truly impress during a loan stint with Bournemouth last term. Wilshere, due to see his contract expire next summer, has already been linked with a number of Premier League sides during the off-season, while Turkish club Antalyaspor have also held talks.
