Chelsea table £25m bid for Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain?
Chelsea have reportedly offered £25m to Arsenal for the signature of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The Premier League champions have been linked to the England international in recent weeks, while Liverpool have also been named as rumoured suitors. According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have stepped up their pursuit of the 23-year-old, but so far they have been knocked back by Arsenal, who are keen for the versatile player to sign a new contract. Oxlade-Chamberlain currently has one year remaining on his deal at the Emirates, and if he fails to pen fresh terms, then the Gunners risk losing him for nothing next summer.
