Chelsea have made a new offer deemed to be in the region of £35M for Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, as the Blues look to spend £100M+ on a trio of English stars as boss Antonio Conte continue to bolster his squad before the window shuts next week, as reported by the Telegraph.
