Four of our players featured for their loan clubs at the weekend - read on to find out who was involved and how they fared.

Reiss Nelson came off the bench to secure all three points for Hoffenheim in their 2-1 win over Augsburg on Saturday.

Andrej Kramaric broke the deadlock in the 65th minute with a routine finish from close range, before Alfred Finnbogason equalised with a deft chip over the onrushing Oliver Baumann.

Julian Nagelsmann turned to Nelson with less than eight minutes left, and our youngster made an instant impact off the bench. Adam Szalai’s low drive was pushed away and Nelson was the first to react and finish from close range.

The 18-year-old winger has now scored six Bundesliga goals this season. No non-German player has ever reached six Bundesliga goals at a younger age than Nelson.

Matt Macey kept a clean sheet in Plymouth Argyle’s FA Cup first-round win over Stevenage.

It looked as though the two sides would have to settle for a draw over 90 minutes, but deep into stoppage time Ruben Lameiras popped up with the all-important goal to book the Pilgrims’ spot in the next round.

David Ospina played the entirety of Napoli’s 2-1 win over Genoa on Saturday.

Christian Kouame opened the scoring for Genoa in the 20th minute, before Fabian Ruiz Pena equalised with a cool finish in the second half. A late own-goal from Davide Biraschi completed Napoli’s comeback.

Calum Chambers played 90 minutes of Fulham’s 2-0 away defeat to Liverpool on Sunday.

Mohamed Salah finished off a counter-attacking move in the 41st minute, before Xherdan Shaqiri doubled their advantage in the second half with a volleyed finish.

Elsewhere, Krystian Bielik wasn’t involved in Charlton’s 1-1 draw with Mansfield Town in the FA Cup, while Takuma Asano missed out on Hannover’s 2-1 win over Wolfsburg through injury. Kelechi Nwakali failed to feature in Porto B’s 2-1 victory over Cova Piedade.
