What's the rumour?
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has reportedly agreed to join Serie A giants Juventus at the end of the season.
In case you didn't know...
Ramsey has long been associated with a move to the Old Lady after his negotiations for a new contract broke down with current club Arsenal.
The breakdown in negotiations has attracted the interest of several big clubs such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, among others.
Juventus boss Max Allegri and club director Fabio Paratici are huge fans of the Welsh midfielder and have emerged as the favourites to sign him in recent weeks.
Since joining the Gunners from Cardiff City in 2008, the 28-year-old has established himself as a steady presence in the Arsenal midfield, making 252 Premier League appearances in which he scored 52 goals.
The heart of the matter
The midfielder looks set to end his ten-year association with the North London outfit to join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala at Turin next summer on a free transfer.
According to a report in The Guardian, the Arsenal man will be paid a staggering £140,000 a week (£7.2m a season). This number will make him the club's second-highest earner only behind newest recruit Ronaldo.
Despite his injury problems, the Bianconeri outfit is reportedly delighted to have secured an experienced midfielder on a free transfer.

Ramsey's move in the summer had been predicted from the very start and seems even more likely now after Mesut Ozil's agent Erkut Sogut claimed earlier that the German's future lies with Arsenal.
Given that Juventus are also looking to bolster their midfield options, with Sami Khedira, reportedly set on leaving soon, the move makes sense.

Juventus currently sit at the top of the Serie A table but Ramsey's addition could give the squad more depth in the midfield; perhaps enough to make a serious bid for a Champions League title.
