Internationals: Aubameyang assists for Gabon

We had three more first-team players in action during Saturday and Sunday's international fixtures. Scroll down to find out how they got on:

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang claimed an assist in Gabon's crucial 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying win over Angola. After Aaron Boupenza had given the Panthers an early lead, our striker sprinted on to a long ball and teed up Denis Bouanga to slot home.

The visitors pulled one back in Franceville with just five minutes to go, but Gabon held on to pick up their first three points in qualifying and go top of Group D.

Nicolas Pepe led the line for Ivory Coast as they edged out Niger in 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying. Franck Kessie scored the winner from the penalty spot with just 20 minutes to play in Abidjan as Ivory Coast climbed to the top of Group K.

Pepe will be hoping to be involved again on Tuesday, when his country travel to Mek'ele to face Ethiopia at 1pm (UK time).

Gabriel Martinelli started but was unable to help Brazil Under-23s avoid defeat to Argentina in the United International Football Festival final.

Our youngster played the best part of an hour before being replaced by Pedro but the damage had already been done, with Argentina scoring the winner after just four minutes.

Bernd Leno was an unused substitute as Germany secured automatic qualification for Euro 2020 with a 4-0 win over Belarus. Goals from Matthias Ginter, Leon Goretzka and a Toni Kroos double completed the rout in Monchengladbach.

Germany sit top of Group C, two points ahead of second-placed Netherlands going into Tuesday's clash with Northern Ireland in Frankfurt at 7.45pm (UK time).

Matteo Guendouzi was an unused substitute as France ended their qualifying campaign with a 2-0 win over Albania in Tirana. Corentin Tolisso and Antoine Griezmann struck in the first half to seal all three points.

The victory means Les Bleus qualify for next summer's tournament as Group H winners, having only dropped five points from their 10 matches.

Four more first-team players could be in action on Monday. Lucas Torreira's Uruguay face off against Emi Martinez's Argentina at 7.15pm, before Sead Kolasinac's Bosnia & Herzegovina travel to Lichtenstein and Granit Xhaka's Switzerland take on Gibraltar (both 7.45pm).
