Loan Watch: Mkhitaryan in action for Roma

Five of our seven loanees were in action for their loan clubs this past weekend.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan played for 89 minutes before being substituted as Roma and Inter Milan drew 0-0 in Milan.

 

Mohamed Elneny played 84 minutes before substituted as Besiktas won 3-2 at Kasimpasa. Elneny was booked in the 58th minute. Mustafa Pektemek gave the hosts the lead, but Besiktas levelled thanks to Caner Erkin. Fode Koita put Kasimpasa back in front, but a brace from Umut Nayir claimed the points for the visitors.

 

Eddie Nketiah played the final 13 minutes as Leeds won 2-0 at Huddersfield. Ezjan Alioski and Pablo Hernandez were both on target in the second half to seal the points for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

 

Ben Sheaf played 83 minutes before being substituted in Doncaster’s 1-1 home draw with MK Dons. Alex Gilbey put the visitors into the lead, before Cameron John’s late leveller.

 

Deyan Iliev played the full 90 minutes as Sered lost 2-1 at Pohronie. Andras Meszaros put the hosts in front, before Dino Spehar’s equaliser in the 80th minute. Cedric Badolo then struck the winner with just two minutes remaining.

 

Jordi Osei-Tutu was an unused substitute in Bochum’s 3-1 loss at Greuther Furth.

 

William Saliba did not feature in Saint-Etienne’s 3-1 loss at Reims.
