Lia Walti makes 100th Arsenal appearance and Lina Hurtig starts against Ajax

Arsenal midfielder Lia Walti makes her 100th Arsenal appearance this evening as the Gunners face Ajax in the first leg of their UWCL Qualifier. Walti signed for the club from Turbine Potsdam in Germany in 2018.

Swedish attacker Lina Hurtig also makes her full debut, starting on the left wing with Caitlin Foord dropping to the bench. Steph Catley also comes in for Katie McCabe at left-back in the second change to the team following Friday’s 4-0 win over Brighton. Noelle Maritz is the third change, coming in for Laura Wienroither at right-back.
