GETTY Arsenal and Tottenham had scouts at the Hive last night to watch Bright Osayi-Samuel Osayi-Samuel only made his senior debut for Blackpool in March last year but appeared 23 times for the side. And while the Tangerines were relegated to League Two, the Nigerian-born winger is understood to have caught the eye of a number of big clubs.
