Fenerbahce will launch an ambitious move for Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil if Ali Koc wins the club's presidency. Ozil has been recently linked with a move to Manchester United after struggling to create his best form at the Emirates. He is also inside the final year of his current contract and able to walk away for nothing at the end of the season. Arsenal may decide to cash in on him in January to avoid losing him for nothing while he will be able to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with clubs from outside of England from January.
