Lookman, who came through the ranks at Charlton before joining Everton earlier this year, has been overlooked by Ronald Koeman this term. Following the arrival of Gylfi Sigurdsson from Swansea for a fee of £45million in the summer, Lookman appears to be deemed surplus to requirements.
