Joachim Low: 'Shkodran Mustafi facing long spell out'

Germany boss Joachim Low has confirmed that Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi suffered a thigh muscle injury in the win over Azerbaijan and is now facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines. The 25-year-old lasted just 36 minutes of Die Mannschaft's World Cup qualifying clash on Sunday night before being replaced by Matthias Ginter. Mustafi was clutching the back of his right leg as he was helped off the field and down the tunnel, seemingly causing the damage with nobody around him.
