Arsenal 'ready to sell Mesut Ozil after giving up on new deal'
Arsenal are reportedly actively looking for a buyer for Mesut Ozil after accepting that the midfielder will not sign a new contract. The German World Cup winner will be free to leave the Emirates at the end of the season as that is when his current deal is due to expire. However, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger recently admitted that Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, who is in the same contract situation, could be sold in January, which means that the club would receive a fee.
