Arsenal are close to appointing Barcelona's outgoing director of football Raul Sanllehi as their new head of transfer operations, sources have told N FC. Sanllehi's contract with Barcelona runs out on Dec. 1 and he is expected to move to Arsenal, although his exact title and role will likely differ from his position at Barcelona.
