Arsenal FC transfer news: Gunners face battle with Manchester City to sign Paris Saint-Germain starlet Yacine Adli
Arsenal and Manchester City are ready to battle it out for teen star Yacine Adli. The 17-year-old is currently turning heads for Paris Saint-Germain’s youth teams and he has been tipped as one to watch in France. The midfielder is yet to sign pro terms with the Ligue 1 giants, though, and now Europe’s top sides are lurking. Indeed, according to L’Equipe, Arsenal and Manchester City are chasing Adli and want to bring him to England. Both have been alerted to the fact the teenager could be signed for just a small compensation fee of around £250,000 this summer. Interest in Adli is said to stretch outside of England, however, with Barcelona and Bayern Munich also keeping tabs on him.
