Arsenal and Barcelona target Lautaro Martinez is reportedly ready to undergo the first part of his medical with Inter Milan, ahead of his proposed switch this summer. According to Sport Mediaset, Inter have agreed a £17million fee with Racing Club to sign Martinez, despite the striker’s insistence that a deal has not yet been struck. However, the 20-year-old is expected to take his first round of tests in his native Argentina, ahead of more comprehensive ones upon his arrival in Milan. The second part of the medical may not take place until July, but Inter remain confident that a deal should be finalised shortly.
