Arsenal news: Gunners board 'alarmed' at empty Emirates

Despite the official attendance for Sunday’s 3-0 win over Stoke being given as 59,371 tickets sold, there were vast amounts of unfilled seats. After the match, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said the low crowd was partly due to their poor Premier League season, where they are 33 points behind leaders Manchester City. He said: "They will be back on Thursday, don't worry. "It's explainable by the fact that it's Easter, it's a family happening when people go away. It's the fact that we don't go for a lot in people's mind in the Premier League.
