Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits psychological problems after Newcastle defeat

Arsenal took the lead inside in the 14th minute when Alexandre Lacazette linked up with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang before slotting home. Ayoze Perez equalised shortly before the half-hour mark as he converted DeAndre Yedlin’s cross. And the Gunners’ afternoon went from bad to worse when Matt Ritchie took advantage of some shoddy defending to smash home the winner. Wenger claimed some his players were fatigued following Thursday’s Europa League clash with CSKA Moscow. However, the Frenchman also highlighted another worrying concern in the mindset of his players.
