Santi Cazorla injury: Arsene Wenger provides Arsenal fans with worrying update

Getty Santi Cazorla is still recovering in Spain The Gunners midfielder hasn't played a minute of competitive football since October 2016. And it is unclear what the future holds for Cazorla, who is currently in his native Spain continuing his recovery. The former Malaga star has undergone ten operations on his ankle after suffering a blood infection which could have seen his foot amputated. And Wenger is keeping his fingers crossed that Cazorla can still play a part for Arsenal in the future.
