Ray Parlour has told talkSPORT Rafa Benitez would be a ‘great fit’ for his former club Arsenal, when they come to hiring Arsene Wenger’s replacement this summer. Wenger’s departure from the Emirates at the end of the season was confirmed on Friday, with the Frenchman stepping down after 22 years in charge of the north Londoners. A host of names have been linked with taking charge of the Gunners as Wenger’s successor, with former Arsenal greats Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira considered alongside more established coaches such as Luis Enrique and Thomas Tuchel, who are both currently out of work, and Brendan Rodgers, the Celtic manager, and Monaco’s Leonardo Jardim.
