In this day and age, if a football club do not spend big in the transfer window, particularly in the summer, then they are going to get left behind by their competitors. Arsenal have splashed the cash on hefty transfer fees in the past, but reports have emerged claiming that the North London outfit will have little to spend in the coming months.
