Arsenal have reportedly moved a step closer to signing Borussia Dortmund's Sokratis Papastathopoulos after agreeing on a £16m fee for the defender. The Greece international is on the verge of becoming Unai Emery's second Gunners signing following the arrival of Stephan Lichsteiner from Italian giants Juventus, according to The Telegraph.
