Arsenal have reportedly started to make plans regarding a move for Sampdoria midfielder Lucas Torreira. Since Unai Emery replaced Arsene Wenger at the Emirates Stadium, the Spaniard have been linked with a wide range of fresh faces and it appears that a defensive-minded midfielder could be on his radar.
