Young Uruguayan defender Sebastian Caceres has admitted that he 'dreams' of playing in the Premier League and is 'flattered' by rumoured interest from Arsenal. The teenage centre-back was talked up as a possible target for the Gunners earlier this year after catching the eye for local club Liverpool FC.
