'Phenomenal', 'Signing of the season' - these Arsenal fans are elated with links to £22.5m-rated star

Arsenal are keen on signing PSV Eindhoven and Mexico World Cup star Hirving Lozano according to Mexican publication Publimetro. The 22-year-old only moved to the Dutch club a year ago but had a stunning season, scoring 17 goals and assisting eight in 29 games. He came to global prominence in Mexico's first World Cup game where he scored the decisive goal in a famous 1-0 against Germany. The tricky winger averaged 3.5 successful dribbles, 3.5 fouls won, and 3.3 shots per game in Mexico's four World Cup games, and he also registered an assist.
