England players to miss start of Premier League season?

England's players reportedly risk missing the start of the Premier League season following their exploits in this summer's World Cup finals. The Three Lions have at least one more game to play in Russia after facing Croatia on Wednesday - either next Sunday's final or the third-place playoff a day beforehand, depending on how they get on in their midweek semi-final. With English top-flight action resuming on August 10, just four weeks after next weekend's final set of World Cup fixtures, The Telegraph reports that the Three Lions' contingent may miss out on that start date. England's players will supposedly be offered three weeks off to recuperate after the World Cup, before then building...
