Arsenal join race for hardman who would be Emery's best signing of the summer

Arsenal have joined the race to sign in-demand World Cup finalist Domagoj Vida, according to Turkish publication Milliyet, as cited in Sport Witness. What's the story? The 29-year-old centre-back only signed for Besiktas in January but has struggled to settle at the Turkish club. The Croatian defender impressed with his World Cup performances, scoring his country’s second goal against Russia in the Quarter Finals and was a rock at the heart of the defence as his country reached the final of the tournament.
