Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur after Norwegian youngster Sander Berge?

North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly going head to head for the signing of young Genk midfielder Sander Berge. The Lilywhites are said to be edging closer to their first signing of the summer ahead of this evening's 5pm deadline. Berge, capped nine times by Norway at senior level, is said to have emerged as a late target for Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, but Norwegian outlet Dagbladet suggests that Arsenal are also in the running. Arsenal were also linked with the 20-year-old last summer, only for his reported £18m valuation to put then-manager Arsene Wenger off making a move.
