Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has reportedly put himself in contention for the club's Premier League opener with Manchester City. Ramsey had been considered a doubt for Sunday's fixture at the Emirates Stadium due to sustaining a calf injury during the latter stages of pre-season.
