Ian Wright impressed by Matteo Guendouzi display
Former Arsenal forward Ian Wright has paid tribute to Matteo Guendouzi for the midfielder's performance against Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon. Guendouzi - a summer arrival from Lorient - played the full 90 minutes on his Gunners debut as Unai Emery's side suffered a 2-0 defeat to City at the Emirates Stadium. Wright has said that the 19-year-old's willingness to take the ball during a difficult match for Arsenal showed his credentials.
